What is a Pre-Order ETA?

There are some special products that we are able to offer as soon as we learn of their existence, this is often while they are still being manufactured or transported to our warehouse. This is before these products are officially released to the public. Therefore, we are able to list these products on our website. Due to their unique nature these pre-order products will come with an ETA or Estimated Time of Arrival. This is given to us directly from the supplier/manufacturer and is not within our control. We will do our utmost to keep our customers appraised of the current ETAs on our pre-orders, however, please be aware that delays are a reality of the industry and out of our hands. On the rare occasion we are still waiting on an ETA from the manufacturer/ supplier and therefore will not be able to provide one. You can check the ETAs or other pre-order relevant information on each pre-order product description.

What if I want a certain product by a specific date?

If you order a pre-order product we cannot guarantee arrival by any set date. We would advise you against purchasing a pre-order item if you are under time constraints, but we could offer other suggestions – please reach out to us.

What if there is something I really want, but you haven’t got on your site?

Please reach out to us either by the contact us form, by email (storybookswagaus@gmail.com) or send us a message through our social media platforms. We will do our best to try and help you find that perfect item!

Can I find out the status of my order?

Yes, should you wish to check on the status of your order please reach out to us and we will be able to notify you if it has been processed and packed or not.

Can I combine my postage?

If you wish to place multiple orders, over one or two days, that you wish to combine our best advice would be to contact us so that we can assist you accurately and make sure you are not paying more than you need to in shipping fees.

Can I change my postal address on a placed order?

If you have placed an order and you notice that the postal address is not correct, you must
notify us by email within 24 hours of the order confirmation. After this time period your order may have already progressed to the packing phase.

Can I get an estimate for shipping?

Yes, we can do a rough quote for shipping based off weights if you contact us but the easiest and quickest way for you to find out what your shipping costs will be is to add those items to your “cart” and follow the checkout process but stop before the final step of paying.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

As with pre-order ETAs, shipping times are some what out of our control. Once your
order is processed and packed, it will be sent through AusPost based on the shipping speed you have chosen. When your parcel enters the AusPost system it is up to AusPost as to how quickly your order is delivered. On average, regular parcel post will take between 2-6 business days depending on which state you are in. Express parcel post will normally take between 1-4 business days depending on the state.

Do you ship internationally?

No, we do not. At the moment we are still a new and very small business. We want to provide the best service we can and currently we believe that our focus should be on our Australian customers.

Do you have a loyalty program?

No, we currently do not offer a loyalty program. We are still establishing our business and
would rather focus on customer service before starting rewards programs.
